The apparent grade is Good sharpness, damaged, cleaned and perhaps re-colored.

I would be very leery of this piece because the seller's pictures are poor and might be hiding a lot of problems. Scammers use poor pictures on a regular basis.

Of greatest concern is authenticity. The Chinese have been making these things in some quantity. They are making their fakes to look like they are circulated, damaged and cleaned. Those three factors are one way the crooks use to hide the fact that their products are not genuine.

I don't know what you financial limits are for this coin. I am guessing that they are on the low side. My advice would be to save you money for a while if you really want an example of this type. Even if this piece is genuine, it would not be easy to re-sell.

Look at it this way. Are you ready to lose on the low price you have paid, or would it be better to buy a nicer in example, say in Fine or low end VF, and have something worthwhile when it comes time to trade it?

Back when I was young collector in the 1970s, you seldom ran into these coins in low grade and badly worn. Now you see many more of them which concerns me.

I wouldn't buy a coin online based on pictures that poor, especially a draped bust dollar, one of the most if not THE most counterfeited US coin. Regardless of grade I would not put hard earned money down on a bust dollar not in PCGS of NGC plastic

My gut said it was a fake that was atrificially distressed. It just does not look natural.
