My question is, does anyone know of any good places to purchase a coin with a swastika? Currently I dont have any and would like to get at least one. What is the price that I am looking at? Edited by OneMoreRoll 04/06/2008 11:44 pm

You can get them from ebay. If you aren´t looking for anything special (rare mints or dates), they can be really, really cheap.

Thanks, yeah I'm not trying to get any special ones, just nazi coins with a swastika. Something generic and cheap.

There are quite a few, from 1 pfennig up to 5 Mark circulating, I'm not sure if all of them during the nazi period had swastikas on them, but quite a few did. The key is in the mint marks and the dates if you want cheap. You could probably get most of them for a couple of dollars, some might be more expenive.

Yes I collect Nazi coins and almost have a complete set.
There are a number of them that are hard to find however many are available in Europe. The cost varies between a few dollars to many hundreds of dollars and that depends on the grade.
I do have a number of duplicates if you are interested.

Yeah, having Helped Humpy track down one or two of the harder to find coins, going after a FULL Third Reich Collection is HARD work!
Humpy, you never told me you had Duplicates!! :)

Actually, I have found also going after 'Currency Reform' Types as well as Third Reich, is FUN... Pretty much have my Bank Deutscher Länder set (1948-1949) sorted out (just need that Karlsruher Münzskandal 1950G! - Will settle for a Fake if anyone has a 1950G 'Bank Deutscher Länder' 50Pfg) and 85% thru the SBZ/DDR Münzserie 1 and 2 (1948-1953).
If you want a challenge, go after the Allied Occupation Issues in good condition (1945-1948 and 1944D 1Rpf) or "the impossible dream" - the 18 Reichskreditkassen issues (1940A/B/D/E/F/G/J 5Rpf and 10Rpf + 1941A/F 5Rpf and 10Rpf)... Never heard of a FULL Collection of those... CMG, have you?
A more reasonable challenge (which I am a decent percentage thru also) is Third Reich Silver (All the 2RM and 5RM coins)... Most are pretty easy to find and the two Schiller Issues are out there if youre willing to pay!
