This is my first e-bay buy. Me now thinks a bench job and maybe target practice? (hope the pic's are sufficient).
The foreground pic comes in at 6.53g , the background(1917)
7.69g. Also a little thicker

Looks like PMD (post-mint damage) to me. Perhaps someone shaved it down so it would fit in a slot machine instead of a higher value coin?
