Spotting A Counterfeit/Repo Question Washington Quarter

Nuggetlucky Valued Member United States 52 Posts	Posted 03/24/2017 10:26 am I am trying to learn more about spotting suspicious coins on ebay. I see this listing for a 1964 Washington quarter. The photo this seller has for this and other coins are out of focus and the quarter in question look gloppy.
