My dad gave me this commemorative coin before he passed. Said it was given to him by a friend. He seemed to think it was Iranian, showing the Shah, but I don't think it is. The first head on the coin looks like Anwar Sadat, so I'm thinking it may be Egyptian. It's from 1975 but not sure what it might be commemorating.

Any help or translation would be most appreciated!

@stevp1, first welcome to CCF. Second, someone may come by later who is fluent in Arabic and give you a direct translation. I agree with SLZ that this appears to be a commemorative medal, perhaps for the Algiers Accord of 1975.
