Thank you everyone. The overall condition is not bad. I'm not familiar with the wide A, what does the a in states show and FG? Always learning here.

Excellent find!

On the Wide AM, the A is centered between the T's in STATES, the FG is closer to the memorial and the G has serifs.

On a normal 1999 cent, the A is shifted toward the right T, the FG is farther away from the memorial and the G is sans serif.

understand better about the A in states and the FG. I did a comparison with the normal 1999 and saw the difference.
