The image of the leaves in the olive branch look raised and I would think they are die gouges. On the other areas are those raised as well?

Yeah, all areas pictured are raised. I was guessing gouges about the features in the leaves too, and guessing die wear doubling for the "extra feathers" on the eagle's left wing. The two that have me stumped are the seeming clashes on the eagle's right wing and the raised feature between the legs. The obverse is pretty interesting too but nothing significant, just interesting ha-ha.

Guess I left off the picture of the "extra feathers" ha-ha. I like the grease filled A as well.
