Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 03/29/2017 11:08 pm Looking through some old folders, came across this: Has everything, blackish/gray uniform color, original luster looks like the annealing error to me...have it next to normal from era, What you all think? Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 03/30/2017 12:26 am Halo1st: Not sure, over the past few years I've bought partially filled/empty folders in auction lots. Been filling up the holes best as can. I don't recall if I put it up or not, at the time didn't know about the annealing error to recognize. Don't think just one year + in Whitman folder would cause any "toning". These two seem to fit the parameters for that error. Report this Post to the Staff
