Good color and luster. The reverse strike hurts but MS63 should not be a problem. Has a chance at MS64 if it got a break in the grading room.

55 or 62.

The strike is weak, which is to be expected on a thin, tiny coin minted 160 years ago, but I feel like it would affect the grade a bit.

thats a really strange strike on the reverse. almost looked like it was polished but there are definitely no polish lines on the coin and you can see the weakness carried through on the obverse to the left of the shield and the stars on the left side. maybe lightly circulated but the strike will affect grade probably one full grade
Rest in Peace

Might even be a Greaser on the reverse.

Obvious uncirculated with no hint of luster breaks.

I think a 63 is very possible.

I'm at MS-64. 65 if the reverse wasn't Struck Through Grease.

Its truly my favorite Half Dime. Amazing luster except for the weak strike on reverse. Thanks for all the thoughts on it. I am posting original slab and then I sent it in to CAC.
