Your coin is a normal coin produced in Philadelphia, so unless it is in mint state condition, its only worth face value.

FYI - Philadelphia Mint Mark was added to Susan B. Anthony dollar in 1979,
and added to the nickel, dime, quarter, and half dollar in 1980.
