Both these coins - the Matthew Dent shield and the Last Round Pound - were only issued in BU and Proof Sets. You may still be able to find the complete BU 2016 set with both £1 coins (and all the other UK 2016 coins) from dealers for £70 if you shop around. The original issue price was £55 for the set.

Well, anything that doesn't see much time, especially when they probably weren't bothering making new one pound coins, is going to be worth more. But 80 quid...?

Oops - I forgot! The "Last Round Pound" was also made available as an individually packed BU coin, and visitors to The Royal Mint last year could strike one. So there are more of those around than the Shield coin, hence the price difference.
