This series is tough for me to grade but I'll take a stab and say MS-63. Beautiful coin

As long as that's a die crack at the top of the star, Id' say MS-64. Nice color!

That green stuff on the reverse bothers me. Since it's a silver coin I think verdigris is out. I suspect PVC. Get it into acetone ASAP; and make sure it's PURE acetone. You should find it at a hardware store. And CAREFULLY follow the instructions on the can.

I would be concerned by the large obverse scratch in a regrade.
