MS-63, virtually a full head. The black tarnish around the edges make me hesitate to grade this coin higher.
The way the grading services are going right now with grade-flation, MS-64 or 65, Full Head is a possibility.

I like the look of this one. Looks un-dipped/not-cleaned. Almost full head. I think it'll make MS-63 also.

I think this coin can be a candidate for an Acetone soak and a toothpick or Porcupine quill . I could be wrong but I think it could be more crud than black oxidation . and yes I agree with everyone else about the possibility of a full head . MS-63 .
