Excellent!! A Double. I don't see it attached to the I so I guess it would be "IBIE"

I was just checking out COC they don't even have an "IBIE" category so yours here would be a New category & new Listing - Very Cool.

Ah Hah! I figured it out - It would go in the Multiple section - though I thought all of those had to be attached to the rim.
I just found out that is not the case.

I think it's called an IIBIE. They don't have a 99 listed in their multiples section (at the bottom of the web page after the other listings)
