Sometimes these are difficult to identify in circulated condition, but usually the tail of the 9 still shows some separation.
I don't think you have a doubled die here.

Those Koinpro pics that Coop put up are amazing! But few of these look that great. Even so, on circulated coins you can usually see the DDO by looking at the 9 of the date. The loop end has a pretty distinctive notch even on a worn coin, and the top of the 9 (and 7) are quite thick. I don't see this on the coin posted, so I am going with no DDO.
