?planchet Error 1978 D Roosevelt Dime, Need Advice

The backside is the normal color, front side has a blob on lower portion with an orangish appearance in places. Faint traces of some die contents on margins of the blob, several large gashes at approximately right angles across blob. Looks to me like an extra mass on the planchet that caused die to slide when planchet struck (or more appropriately the coin to slide). I have seen coins similar that were heated. This coin does not have obvious evidence of being heated.
