1996 P Dime Error Extra Hair Die Chip?

Hello everyone, been a while since I found anything interesting, but recently found this dime while CRHunting, it appears that there is an extra set of small hair above Roosevelt head, I'm not for sure what type of error this would be considered, I'm thinking die chips but any input is greatly appreciated, hope you guys like it and find it interesting like I did. Thanks everyone!!

I think that is from a worn die.Not a die chip.

Yes, I do like it. It's pretty neat. looks like the wear is starting to show itself at the back of Roosevelt's head too. If they kept using that die much longer, the dimes would have started to resemble this one.
