Hi,

I brought the following 1993 50p coin for a £1, I think it's a proof coin, it has a scratch on the back but I thought for £1 it was worth getting.

Definitely looks like a proof to me with those frosted devices and mirror fields. A good buy for £1 as no Britannia 50p coins from 1986 to 1996 were issued for circulation!
