I don't see it but the 1 in the date looks doubled.

This is 10x magnification. Still can't see the markers. Especially the ones inside the 3 don't appear to be there.

BCG, Yea, tried to enhance best I could but just couldn't make the inside curve or left point of 2 show up, sorry.

The coin does have an RPD 1 north. None of the recognized 1883/2 varieties have an RPD 1 north. Consequently, we have to say PCGS got it right that this is not an 1883/2. I might have expected PCGS to put "RPD Minor" on the label. That's what they do with most Shield nickel varieties not listed in CPG. But I guess they thought this one too minor to mention.
