Germany 1916 1 Pfennig - No Mintmark

Germany-1916-1-Pfennig---No-Mintmark
Found this coin. It has no evidence of a mintmark. All Krause listed varieties include mintmarks below to the left and right of the eagle's tail. The coin is well struck and I see no surface damage at the mintmark locations. Here's a microscope photo of that area.

This one could also be an error.

I can see an "A" (Berlin) mintmark on one side, certainly faint but to me clearly there, probably this being due to having been struck with a greasy die.

If you are referring to the first photo to the right where there appears to be a diagonal line, that was an anomaly, it's not on the coin. Here is a very clear shot of that area:
