I think your coin is normal. I could be wrong though.

I compared the thickness to a normal 2016 and it looked thicker. Is it possible it is md even with the markers ? I have been looking through some 2015s and I can only look at about 5 and then I have to look at something else for a while they all start looking thick. Maybe that's what's going on here my eyes just may be tired. Thanks coinmasters !

Boy, I'll give you guys credit, at least someone's checking out this aboration of a Lincoln Cent! Never have got interested in the newer versions past getting "the finger" of 2009. And the shield cent in my exhalted superior and highly elevated positional opinion...stinks!

You must have the variety, markers or not. I could be wrong but I don't think the E is wide enough.

Actually crazybo the 2015s I was looking at and this 2016 are the only ones I've looked at I have a coffee can full of 2001 and up I haven't even touched other than to take them from the coin roll and put them in there. Thanks for looking coincents that's why I ask the experts . You guys see a lot of things I miss and I appreciate the honesty. I'll keep looking!

Oops! Thanks for looking coinmasters! Apparently I have lost all good cents! And by the way you do both have the same first name.

Boy is that hard to tell. I am curious, with the die crack on the shield, the trajectory on wddo-012 seems to go from top to bottom as it travels west. However, your coin seems to have a die crack that stays on the top part of the shield. I could just be missing it of course. Just wanted to see if you felt like those matched after another look at that.

After a second look the chip on my coin does stay a little farther north.

This is not the WDDO-012.
The markers are not right and the notches on LIBERTY don't show on your coin.
