I have posted about this coin in the past. I know these are a pipe dream coin but after doing solid research I believe my coin meet every criteria that makes this a sms I am not an expert my any means so please provide all feed back good or bad. Thank you

Not sure where the information you posted came from in the first frame.
Looks like a normal 1964.

no sorry, there arent the broken rays between stars 11-14 on the reverse I cant even seen the designere initials but I'm sure tts not a straight g
