Hi SLFT, welcome to the forum. It's hard to say for certain based on these pictures, but one thing I can see is that the mintmark has taken some hits during circulation on the upper right and lower left. This might be giving the impression of one rotated mintmark over another upright mintmark, so if that's what you're seeing I can tell you that's not an RPM.

However, if you're referring to the curiosities to the north and to the west of the mintmark, I'm not sure (better pictures might help if you're able to get them). From what I can make out, the punching of the mintmark into this particular die deformed it slightly -- it seems like there is a valley all around the mintmark which is lower than the rest of the field (though I could be wrong). Maybe this is explained by something other than an overzealous punch of the mark, but someone more knowledgeable will have to chime in about that if so. Anyhow, are these elements what you're suspecting are an RPM? If so, are they raised or are they incuse?

What I am seeing is a deep set MM with MD and some circulation damage,no RPM.
