Can-Anyone-Identify-This-Please?

I usually get some idea after a bit of googling but this one has me stumped!

Because it is the same on both sides, and there is no date, I'm guessing that it is a token but that's as far as I can get.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Toy money, probably 16 mm diameter from the same anonymous maker as this:

Thanks, I meant to include that it had a diameter of 15mm, so it looks like you're spot on!

Do you happen to know which country it comes from and/or approximate date of manufacture?

Almost certainly made in Nuremberg, Germany for the British market.
