Top coin is a small date. Looks like a zincoln. Second coin is a large date, but pic is too fuzzy for me to guess composition.

to The CCF!

The top one definitely is. Notice how the bottom of the 2 is thin and how far from the rim it is. Nice Find!

The second one is a little blurry, but from I can tell it looks to be a large date the bottom of the 2 looks to be fatter, but can't tell distance to rim due to angel of picture.

Can we get a straight on shot like your top photo of the second coin?

For Value check the ebay sold listings for a 1982-P Zinc Small Date LMC.

Having said that these are readily available in Mint condition. As yours is not it could be a hard sell. Yours does have a nice MAD (Misaligned Die) on the obverse, but not enough to command a premium. If you have a cent book it would make a nice filler until you can get a MS one.
