I have never been to a coin show before, but may try to get to there this weekend...

Do you see dealers selling new and/or used albums for reasonable prices at these things?

Yes there is a dealer who sells noting but supplies, he has all the albums and is a very nice guy. There are also dealers who sell used ones with coins in them already, they are usually partial sets but some have good prices.
