No, it's a normal 1955-D cent (that looks like it's seen some acid). If you had a 1955 doubled die obverse, it would be really obvious. Google it.

Also, I believe the DDOs are only from the Philadelphia mint so anything with a D mintmark is out of the question.

with spruett001 on not been a DDO , but there're DDO on d or s . how about the 1963 D coneca 1-0-VII or the 1960 D DDO coneca 1-0-III or the 1951 D coneca 1-0-V ?
