Hey everyone. I have a 1864 2c With what appears to be an RPM. Does anyone know anything about this RPM? Also, The reverse has 6 varies carbon spots and was wondering how you would grade this coin with those factored in. Thank you so Much!

I can't determine if the mint mark was repunched because I don't see a mint mark.

I assume that you mean RPD for repunched date. Looks like it may be. The color of the coin seems off was it cleaned?- and those carbon spots don't really look like carbon to me. As far as wear goes, looks good maybe AU55-58 maybe even low MS

LOTS of diagnostics that I can't see from your pictures.
But from what I CAN see it appears to be a KF-L16-RPD (common variety).
KF = Kevin Flynn (I'm using his book)
L-16 = Large Motto 16th coin
RPD = Repunched Date

Tell us about the color, or take new pics in better lighting, please!
