I don't know what this might be. I don't think it's a clash. It seems to have a shape other than a random chip. does it look familiar to anyone?

I believe this is a die clash.
That little blob on the reverse, I think, is a bump in washington's hair.

Is it just me or do those overlays not match up?

Shouldn't that area in question align with Washington's face?

That is just what I was looking at spruett; it doesn't match, I was trying to find where the blob of hair is that Roy mentioned. Still working on it.

CM is there an indent on the nose there in front of the eye?

I think now that it's the north/south area just below the front of the eye. A clash. It runs north/south over the arrows.
