But after looking at both, yours is too mushy of detail on reverse stalks/flowers and Obverse stalks as well, is a cast fake, check for magnetic.

Its probably a fake. First you don't indicate the weight. The edge does it appear 100 years old? Notice the raised dots under FRANCAISE suggesting a die cast transfer process. What do we see under the first M in COMMERCE? Chinese forgeries are usually German Silver or Fe/Ni alloys. The tops of the letters or motifs in terms of the surfaces appear as a fine sandpaper type look. Is it the case here? Could be real? Need more data but IMO less than 50/50 probability. More data is needed other than a pic on these high end Chinese fakes. They are getting real good these modern forgers.
