I have a 1917 with what appears to be additional die marks on both sides. What do you all think?

Twarren, hey, ah, looks like a 100 year old beat up penny. What we call PMD, post-mint damage. Not something occurring at the strike. You know, even damaged, its got a strong date still, the dates were weak struck that year.

Unfortunately your coins age shows itself too much. There may have been an issue with the blank planchet prior to the strike (the portion in front of Lincoln) but your images are too low resolution to tell, and there is too much wear on the coin.

either way it would not really add any value.
