We need an closer image of hub doubling. I'm not seeing anything yet on this one? Are you referring to the '0' on the date? Looks like Machine damage if it is. If it would be a doubled die, the other devices would also show the same doubling in that area.
Machine Doubling on these can look like this:

Note the date and the mint mark have the same direction of MD. Also note that the affected area is flat and not rounded like a doubled die would leave it?

See thats the weird thing I'm only seeing the dubbling on the date and mm

If you are in reference to the 70, I'm fairly sure its not a DDO but an MD...mintmark is too low to be 007 or 022 as listed on http://www.coppercoins.com. Would need clear closeups to determine exactly because there are other markers to take into account.

Also it appears to shelf on 70, size is reduced, not increased.

Thnx alot guys I actualy just found it on wexlers and it is indead mecanical dubbling but I apreciate all the input guys
