1983-P LMC Long Drain Pipes & Over Polishing Issues

I was just answering a post from Willburton on 1983 and he had a cool die chip & crack under the bust (which I have never found) but his reverse also had double drainpipes.

So I figured since I had just found this one the yesterday I would post it. First time I have had the die cracks come all the way up through the base of the Memorial.

Also, the front of his neck as been polished away and he has a double chin.
