No, very common among mixed foreign coin lots. Maybe $.25

It's in nice condition for being 65 years old () but, the mintage is so high that it's not worth too much.

Not necessary true if it's in UNC condition - a UNC condition 10 yen coin would set it closer to three figure mark.

That said, this is not a common coin and no longer circulate in Japan even though this shares the current design. This coin has reeded edge whereas the rest of the 10 yen coins struck in the early 1960s have smooth edge.
