This coin has a deep rim on one side and shallow on the obverse. The reverse seems to be normal. Also it might have had a really cool spike head at one point.Which are what the arrows are for. Thanks for any advice!

Looks like a heavy strike causing finning, the line your arrows point at is a fine die crack
