1958 Argentina Peso W/ Planchet Clip

Sorry to keep putting things like this in the US error coin section, but this is where the best answers come from.

I pulled this Peso recently from a world coin lot. It has what I thought was post mint damage, but I have some doubts. Please note the small Cuds directly around the clip. There are also striations on the edge of the coin around the clip(which I am unable to capture pics of):

There is slight evidence of the Blakesely effect on the opposite rim of the coin. So this coin, was struck on an incomplete planchet. It would at this point be considered as struck on a damaged planchet.

It may or may not be what is sometimes called a ragged edge clipped planchet as I would have to see the very edge of the coin where it has the part missing to determine that.

Still an error.

Thanks for the feedback Bill. I tried to get better pics of the edge, but can't seem to pull it off.
