Coins with such few details are always difficult to grade. For this coin, I am seeing no lustre, yet the leaves on the last picture do not look too worn. Overall, I would be at EF-40. Now, are those scratches on the coin, or just the plastic being weird? If they are on the coin, it would grade Details. The green stuff in the last picture also looks quite concerning; if it cannot be safely removed, it would probably also grade Details.

Agree Joseph. I think in Europe it would be fine/very fine.
The green is also a concern . IMHO

The pellets on the obverse are too worn to be EF, so I would grade it as Good Very Fine.

Any scratches and verdigris affect the condition description and the coins value but in the UK don't affect the overall grading.
