1972 -S Eisenhower (Blue Ike) Dollar #2... Unc But Rim Damage?

Mariash New Member Canada 49 Posts	Posted 04/23/2017 11:14 pm Hi! Just opened cello on this one too and while takin pics noticed damage on rim close to the 9... Hard to say how could have happened as supposed to be UNC from mint (and was in cellophane, between the two cards, in the blue enveloppe...). Is this some type possibly of mint error somehow? Weird how plane is unblemished but rim has markings on the inside lip... What do you think the grade should be? Report this Post to the Staff

The fields are cleaner than the others, there are some scratches to the left in his line of sight. This is one of those that might look better in hand, so maybe MS-65+.
