Pictures a bit small, light angled a bit too much. It's hard to read the fields. To hit the high grades the fields need to be nice. Looks to be about 66.

Here's what mine looks like, I believe it would grade 67RD at any of the TPG's:

At least a MS-65RD but, in hand could go 66+ nice coin.
