Very nice looking small date. It's at least 66RD but without better pictures, it's hard to say.

VERY NICE SDC! Yes, much better...I think you'd easily get a 66 grade. It's almost worth slabbing.
In my estimation, this is one of the lowest mintages of the 1982 Philly run. They made a TON of the LDC (large date copper) and very few of the SDC (small date copper) due to the transition to the Zincolns. I think it was a test run for the SDZ dies.

Would you please post a note to verify whether this is a SDC or SDZ.
I have 12 SDC and 100 SDZ as references, but I still can't determine positively from this image, which one yours is. There appears to be several zits on the jaw that makes it indecisive for me.

Here are my best SDC cents. They are very difficult to find with a good strike (especially in STATES), no spots, no distracting hits/damage and clean fields. Notice my main red coin is in a 2x2 and not an AirTite. I'm still looking for a better full red coin. I've bought probably 4-5 solid OBW rolls and not found one better. Add on the tens of thousands of box/bag searching and every coin shop and shows I've attended. Keep in mind, in 1982 no mint sets were produced either. Finding REAL, OBW rolls is also very difficult. Lots of rewrapped and loose rolls around though. My point, the 1982P SDC is a tough coin!

The one I posted is a SDZ...in case there was any confusion.
