What would you grade this Franklin Proof? What would the value of this one be? The Cameo is as noticeable not as it is in the photos. These are hard to photograph.

Tough to photograph and grade, I'll give it a PR65 CAM. CDN puts it at $22 ask.

I have a PR66 CAM Franklin that looks quite different than the photo I bought based on. So I agree photos are a bit tricky for cameos. It is unclear from your comments whether you think the cameo is greater in hand or in the photo. I would agree with Thad -- PR65 CAM.
