Its rather small, 12mm in diameter and 2mm thick. Weighs 2.2 grams.

Any ideas to what it is and the value?

It's a bit off center, but I think the center image on the reverse is a reclining bull, making it a drachm of the Kalachuris in medieval (post-Gupta) India:
