Bought in the 5/$1 junk box. Can't find the match for this reverse in Tesorillo. The wreath (or whatever it is) appears to be hanging from the dot between the standards. Is it Arles? I'm reading CONSTANTI NUSMAXAUG on the obverse. Does it work?

You reading is close
CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG
no "U" in latin script !

Reverse - Two soldiers on either side of two standards (possibly a wreath in the center field)
Legend reads GLORIA EXERCITVS
As far as the mint I cant really see anything !

Yes Arkie it is most likely an Arles issue.
Either RIC VII 370 variation or RIC VII 375, hard to be exact or more precise without exposing the MM.

If I hold the image far away the 'blobs' in exergue have the general shape of T R.
Trier had an enormous output under Constantine.

That would make it RIC VII 549.
I have to admit FR that I cant make anything of the MM, if you can make out the T & R then your call is right

Well either way not very much to look at. But it looks as if a long oil soak wouldn't hurt none either !
Possibly bring out some more details.
At the price you paid though I would have said ........
"I'll take all you got !"

You might try rubbing gently with a dab of oil and taking another pic.
It can darken the fields a bit and bring some details to the fore.
