I have this nickle and noticed this error today. Can someone help with identifying the type of error please?

Very cool. Possibly a RPM, but it could just be PMD.

Try a tooth pick on that upper area to see if it is loose? (don't remove it though) It looks like a struck through scrap on the upper half. It might be part of same piece on the bottom. Here is one that another collector found once.

DARN IT! I took a toothpick to it and it came off really easy. Not sure if it was metal or something else. Either way I cant find it now, Bummer. Thank you anyways for the help.
