Found this in a BU roll. Am I seeing a die crack? It is definitely raised and not incused. If images are not good enough I apologize. I'm a newbie and still getting the hang of things. Only my second post.

Hi,
It looks like the effect that would be created if their were a gouge in the die that struck the coin. Since the ray is effected, that is the likely cause.

Die scratches are thinner and have sharper edges...this is a die gouge.
