This is a different small date 1982 penny than the one
I posted earlier. I'm not seeing a lot of doubling but I did
notice this one picture that made me wonder. Is this doubled die?

I think this is MD. The overall size of the letters looks normal, with the doubled aspect embedded within. A doubled die will increase the overall size of any raised devices which are affected.
