Hey everyone,

I picked up these two coins in a lot the other day. They appear to be radiates of the late empire but the thing that's getting me is my gut telling me that these coins might be fake. I don't know if I'm just being paranoid or what, but any help would be appreciated.

If these pictures don't suffice just holler and I'll post more.

Thanks for the help.

Bob is right. The coins are quite real. 100% genuine.

Both are of Victorinus, the third emperor of the "Gallic empire" that broke off from Rome for almost 15 years from 260-274. Their issues are very common and excepting for the rarest of the rare, the only "fakes" are counterfeits from that time period, called barbarous radiates (which BTW can be worth more than the originals).

I think they are perfectly fine and genuine.
