what do you call this ?looks like a lot of die cracks in the letters and date , note the last one is PMD

It looks like a worn die to me,the gouge below the Tree seems to be a hit,PMD.

I think it is just "MAD" (misaligned die). It is cutting off part of the devices on the bottom EPU

We mean are the reeds present on the edge? It looks like to me from the images that the devices are bending upwards because the edge was flattened inwards?

its like the die was smaller then the blank ,or pressed it real hard
