The die was worn down pretty bad by time it was paired with N-15 obverse. This just caught my eye as the reverse denticles are mostly gone while still strongly there on obverse.

I'm thinking mid stage N-11/13. You have the right rev but the obv doesn't match. N-11/13, 15. and 16 all share the same rev but have different obverses. On N-15 and 16 the tops of ER in LIBERTY are about even, but on -11/13 the right top of E is well above the left top of E. That matches your coin.
