Came across this very strange Dime. Front looks like a deep strike while the reverse does not and has a purtrusion in the very center. Also, the Rim on one side of the coin looks like copper. Any idea what is going on with this?
Worth keeping?

The rim appears that because it is exposed copper core. The cladding usually does not cover the entire rim. Your coin seems to have also been damaged further revealing more of the core.
I say a parking lot coin.

Looks more like a Dryer Coin to me. But the coin is damaged and spendable.
